BOOT CAMP

SELF-PACED TRAINER LED GROUP FITNESS CLASSES THAT TARGET THE WHOLE BODY. YOU WILL GET STRONGER, LEANER, AND HEALTHIER. MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO GO AT THEIR OWN PACE AND ARE MOTIVED FROM COACHES AND OTHER MEMBERS. 

BlOOM GLUTE CAMP

TRAINER LED CLASSES THAT TARGET THE GLUTES, LEGS, AND ABDOMINAL MUSCLE. THIS CLASS WILL BURN TONS OF CALORIES, DECREASE THE WAISTLINE, AND TONE/SCULPT THE LOWER BODY.

Step UPstage

60 minute fun fasted paced step workout for all fitness levels.  Full body workout followed by a group routine that we teach step by step.  

SPIFT

An original fitness class at Upstage in which we combine spinning and weightlifting in a hour long full body workout. 

MIXXED FIT W/ CHANEL

Mixxedfit is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning.

VERTICAL

60 MINUTE TRAINER LED FULL BODY TRAMPOLINE WORKOUT FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS. MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO MODIFY EXERCISES AND TO GO AT THEIR OWN PACE
